Philippe J. Weil is a private consultant on matters of family & wealth, with offices in Tel Aviv and Zurich.

He advises families worldwide on the structuring, planning, and holistic management of their wealth, with a particular focus on forward-looking approaches to family governance.

As a mentor and lecturer, Philippe regularly contributes to professional journals and shares his knowledge and experience with international audiences. He is also the author of several books exploring family wealth, governance, and intergenerational transition.

As a fourth-generation member of his own family, Philippe also leads his family’s single-family office with a strong sense of responsibility and a long-term perspective.

In addition to serving professionally as a trustee, director, and personne de confiance, he serves voluntarily on the governing bodies of several philanthropic organisations.

His professional engagements regularly take him to Switzerland, India, the United States, and Germany. Philippe lives in Tel Aviv with his wife, Orly; together, they have three adult children.
