
Michael Werler is Head of Nursing Services at Evangelische Altenhilfe St. Georgen gGmbH, where he is responsible, among other things, for day care and the development of innovative care concepts. With over 16 years of experience in elderly care, he combines extensive practical knowledge with a strong interest in digital and social innovations.
In his role, he leads the LivingLab of Evangelische Altenhilfe and serves as project manager for the EU co-funded project InnoClusion, which develops digital and green solutions for nursing care. His focus is on user-centered design of sustainable care services—especially through technological support, new work models, and participatory development approaches.
Additionally, he is studying Applied Health Sciences at Furtwangen University, where he is deepening his knowledge of ethical, social, and design-related issues in the digital transformation of healthcare.
