Xander Weyl works in HVAC sales and serves as Key Account Manager Hospital at Johnson Controls Systems & Service GmbH. He has extensive experience in the planning and project management of HVAC and refrigeration systems, particularly in the hospital sector. Previously, he worked at Helios as a technician and project manager for energy system optimization and at EDF in the energy assessment of local and district heating systems. His responsibilities include troubleshooting, the development of supply concepts for CO₂ reduction, economic feasibility calculations, as well as advising on modernization and construction projects. In addition, he is active as a technical expert in working groups on refrigeration technology and energy efficiency.
