Bülent Yildiz is an expert in Lean Construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM), as well as a charismatic consultant, lecturer (including at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences), trainer and author. As founder and CEO of refine Projects AG, a construction consultancy specialising in Lean Construction with offices in Stuttgart, Munich, Zurich, Paris and Vienna, he has been successfully coaching teams and senior management in the construction and property sectors since 2015. He enables them to develop collaboration and productivity improvements using Lean thinking and Lean methods. In doing so, Bülent Yildiz actively supports teams in becoming high-performance teams and, through collaboration and effectiveness, in finding a new and highly productive approach to the future world of planning and construction, in order to lead construction projects to the success they deserve.
