You can’t get any closer to the customer: As a Sales Manager at Smart Bridges, you know exactly what companies and organizations approach us with.

You understand how important knowledge transfer and direct, trust-based exchange are at a time when we are developing into a digital society together. And you enjoy contributing your own ideas on how to create exclusive events that are tailor-made for your and our customers.

In concrete terms, this means that you don’t see yourself as a salesperson who wants to convince prospective customers of something. Instead

  • you will deal intensively with our vision and mission and can generate targeted leads on this basis.
  • you convince top managers on the phone of the benefits to their company if they commission us to organize events.
  • you are the most important contact person for the customers you acquire before, during and after our events.
  • you will accompany our exclusive events on site and use the intensive customer support to give us impulses for the further development of products and formats.
  • you will confidently conduct contract negotiations and take care of the careful maintenance of our customer relationship management.

You work independently, but of course you are not on your own. Together with your colleagues, you will build sustainable business relationships and open up new markets

You have a quick grasp of things and can express yourself well without giving the impression that you have gained your experience in an ivory tower. On the contrary, you know exactly why run-of-the-mill business meetings and tedious conferences are not very effective and work together with your team to pursue and sell new concepts.
